The CTB Course is approximately 16 weeks in length, and is intended to prepare brokers to take and pass the CTB examination.  The CTB course contains the following components:

• Reading assignments and learning objectives - a listing of reading assignments you will need to complete, from some of the best 3PL materials available today, plus clear statements of what you should know and be able to do after completing each segment of the course.  Sample Assignment and Learning Objectives

• Study guides - animated materials (PowerPoint files) developed specifically for the CTB exam.  These files that will help you to review and retain the information from the reading assignments.  Sample Study Guide (be sure place slide in full screen mode, then click on the slide to advance through the material)

• On-line quizzes - The CTB course now features on-line quizzes that are based on the learning objectives, reading assignments, and the study guides. These quizzes check your understanding of the materials covered and provide you with immediate feedback of your progress.  Your results are sent to both you and to the faculty at 3pl-training.com.  The 3pl-training.com faculty will be monitoring your progress towards becoming a Certified Transportation Broker.  Sample Quiz (your user name is guest, and your password is guest - both lower case)  The sample quiz is only five questions, but it gives you and idea of how are quizzes work.  CTB quizzes are usually 15-20 questions in length, with two versions available for each quiz.
